Postage & packaging
All Affirm & Repeat orders are carefully packaged with intention, love and protection, ready to arrive beautifully presented for gifting or keeping. Delivery pricing is calculated during checkout in your basket, and UK delivery is free on orders of £35 or more.

Dispatch times
All orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of purchase.
If you need your order urgently or for a specific date, please add a note at checkout or email hello@affirmandrepeat.com. We’ll always do our best to assist.
Packaging
Each order is wrapped in our signature Affirm & Repeat packaging, designed to protect your stone and enhance your unboxing experience. We use recyclable and reusable materials wherever possible, aligning with our sustainability values.
Delivery terms
- Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail. Postal delays (especially around busy seasons or international destinations) are beyond our control.
- For international shipments: customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply in the destination country (these are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated).
- International shipments must comply with destination country rules and are subject to export/import restrictions. Certain destinations may be unavailable.
- Affirm & Repeat is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses entered at checkout. Please make sure details are correct.
- Next Day Delivery applies to UK mainland only and is subject to availability.
- Items cannot be shipped to certain countries where Royal Mail has suspended or restricted services. Please contact us if you are unsure.
